Refund policy

  • Return Policy: Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Only Exchanges can be done. No Returns will be done.
  • Shipping Policy: Once order is placed, it will be dispatched within next 24 working hours.
  • Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds or cancellations are allowed.

We don't accept returns, but incase you want to exchange it with a different size or different model, then this can be done. Exchanges are applicable incase of unused products within a period of 10Days from the date of placing the order.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order id or proof of purchase.

Note: Return charges are to be borne by the customer itself.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
